Return and Refund

GOTO32 ensures that our customers avails the best quality products from china. Before dispatching the item our team carefully inspects it for any flaws/ defects. After our approval only your order can be shipped and delivered to your door. However, if you still feel the need to return the item for any reasons, kindly reach to us without any hesitation.

Cases in which your orders can be Returned or Refund:

  • If the item is broken/torn or contain any scratches during delivery.
  • There is major color difference between the website images and the original product.
  • The color of the item different than the color you have selected i.e. instead of black color, blue colored item has been delivered to you.
  • The product is same but the company /brand is different.
  • The quality of the product is not as promised by GOTO32.
  • Item size is majorly varied from the ordered size.
  • The fabric of the apparels is not what you have ordered i.e. instead of silk , the apparel comes in satin fabric
  • Electronics which doesn’t perform as stated in the description by GOTO32.
  • You have received a totally wrong order.
  • Orders that have not been shipped yet.

Cases where items will not eligible for return/refund Procedures:

  • Customers are advised to inform us about the returning the item within 3 days of delivery date. This information must be sent to us in written. After our team has agreed upon the product’s return, you may ship it back to us within 15 days of approval mail date. In case customer fails to do so, our team will not be in a situation to initiate any kind of refund.
  • Customers have insufficient evidences to prove that the product is below quality standards or are mistakenly delivered.
  • Customer couldn’t provide any shipping document that states the successful returning of the product to GOTO32’s address. Customer must note that the shipping fee for returns shall be on their own expenses
  • Orders that have been already dispatched from the warehouse cannot be cancelled. Thus the customers can’t claim any refund for the same.
  • Items which are on sale or contain any promotional offers.
  • Returned items which are washed/untagged/tore/stained/malfunctioned from the customer’s end.

Procedure of returning the items / claiming a return

  1. Please email us in detail with the order# on
  2. Our team will overview your request and will revert you within 48 working hours. After you have received a confirmation mail for returning the product, you may instantly start the shipping process.
  3. While shipping the product back to us, kindly drop us an acknowledgement mail along with the courier details. These courier details will act as an evidence for successful shipping from your end. Please note that return shipping fee will be on your own expenses.
  4. Upon receiving the product at our stated address, our team will either change your package or partially refund the desired amount in your account. Please note that all these transaction takes up to 20 working days.
